They don't tell you what specifically is wrong because that would bring censorship to somewhere objective. They want to keep you guess and thereby censor yourself and they don't want to have it public what their real standards are because they don't have consistent standards... 

I've gotten strikes for videos 4 years ago and because YouTube's "community standards" (which of us is part of this community, exactly?) which are always becoming more strict, every old video is a liability. I'm thinking about just deleting videos older than a couple years because of it.
